I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered a 'Retrò Man Aluminium Black - Size : 54' in January 2020
They gave me the wrong order number and wrong tracking number, and no information about the courier or the status of the package.
After 1 month of waiting, I was refunded and told that the bike was returned. I had left a comment in the delivery to call my number when the delivery is there. Apparently this was also not passed to the courier.
I ordered again on 25 Feb 2022. This time I follow up with them. Apparently their courier gives the package to another courier 'DPD' in Austria, to deliver to Prague where I live.
I of course had to ask Canellini again by email, because they never bothered to tell me this detail. Now on asking, they sent me a document in Czech for DPD and a phone number to contact them.
I call DPD, it goes to a voicemail asking for the delivery number. How the hell am I supposed to know what that is ! The original tracking number doesn't work.
Apparently, they tried to deliver, but since my comment to call my phone was AGAIN not passed on, I was never notified.
Now, I have to ask them again for the correct package number for DPD, so I may travel to God Knows Where, to pick up my bicycle.
Thanks a lot. Never again !

I advise you to be careful with this company. They are trying to deceive the buyer and do not want to take responsibility for their actions at all. we ordered a second bike which was poorly packaged. It arrived with scratches on the frame and trunk, and there was a part missing in the pedal area. I also ordered an additional basket at full price, which came without mounting. We wrote to the seller with a request to replace the bike or return the product to them and the full cost to us. he said that he could return 40€ and we could paint over the scratches with a black marker. after a long correspondence, the seller agreed to pick up the goods and gave instructions: pack them and give them to the courier who will arrive in the coming days. the courier took the parcel, after which I wrote to the seller asking for a refund of the cost of the goods. the seller began to demand confirmation of sending the bike. After a while, the seller claimed three times that he had not received the goods. however, I found a delivery confirmation with the name of the same person who wrote me the opposite. We sent everything to them, packing every detail well and protecting the box. The second month has passed and we have not yet received our money back. we contacted the police.
The company then stopped responding to any messages. Two months later they said something was missing. However, I have proof that we sent everything they sent us in secure packaging.

You packed the bike poorly because you didn’t insulate the iron parts, not the delivery. We filed a complaint with the police a long time ago and an investigation is underway since we have all the necessary evidence, unlike you! You are just telling lies.

Canellini sent me a bike worth 1123€, covered in scratches with missing parts. In response to my complaint about the problem, I was offered 40 € and to paint over the scratches with a marker. I insisted on a return. We sent the bike but the company ignored us and did not return the money. I was forced to write a statement to the police about fraud. This company is violating consumer rights. Be careful and use secure payment methods that will help you get your money back if something happens.
1) Canellini ignored our emails immediately after we completed the return.
2) Federica, who is the Director of Sales and Marketing at Canellini, denied that they received the return of the bike, but we were able to find evidence of how Federica received and signed for the delivery documents.
3) We are not refunded 1123€
